Refunds & Return Policy

Subject to the terms and conditions in this Refunds and Return Policy and the Terms and Conditions, Client who bought merchandises on our Service (“Buyer”) may apply for return of the purchased merchandises (“Item”) and/or refund.

 

  1. Application for the Return of an Item

    Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances: (a) the Item has not been received by Buyer; (b) the delivered Item does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to Buyer; or (c) the Item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by Amellow in the listing of the Item.
    Buyer’s application must be submitted by email to [email protected] Amellow will review each Buyer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether Buyer’s application is successful.

  2. Amellow’s Rights

    Amellow use third party delivery services, we recommend Buyer to purchase delivery’s insurance and will not be responsible for the Item that was defective and/or damaged on delivery. Compensation for the Item that was defective and/or damaged on delivery will be the responsibility of the third party delivery services provider. Buyer shall not accept the Item from the delivery service provider if Buyer found any damages on the delivery packaging or the delivery packaging has been opened. Amellow will help the Buyer to communicate the third party delivery services provider at our best.

  3. Condition of Returning Item

    To enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning the Item, Buyer should ensure that the Item, including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the Item, must be returned to Amellow in the condition received by Buyer on delivery. Besides, Buyer should ensure that the Item is still in its individual packaging.Once the individual packaging of Item is opened , Amellow will review each Buyer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether Buyer’s application is successful. We will recommend Buyer to take a photo of the Item upon receive.

  4. Liability of Return Shipping Fee

    (a) in the scenario of an unforeseen error from Amellow’s end (i.e – damaged, faulty or wrong Item delivered to the Buyer), Amellow will bear Buyer’s return shipping fee; (b) in the scenario of the Buyer’s change of mind, buyer shall get Amellow’s consent prior to the return request and Buyer will bear the return shipping fee; or (c) in the scenario where both Amellow-Buyer disputing the party liable for the return shipping fee, Amellow at its sole discretion will determine the party liable for the return shipping fee.

  5. Refunds

    Buyer will only be refunded after Amellow has received the returned Item and confirmed the closing of the refund and/or return application. The refund will be made to Buyer’s designated bank account, within Malaysia only.
